What does the Walk-a-Thon Committee Do?

The Walk-a-Thon Committee organizes our most successful and definitely most fun fundraiser of the year. Planning for this event begins weeks in advance and requires many volunteers. It is one of our biggest events and is also one of our biggest committees.

Who is the current chairperson?

This year Linday Karaelias oversees the entire event and all subcommittees.

What’s involved?

There are many parts to organizing this event. We need help securing business sponsorships, managing the online donation site, coordinating volunteers during the event and prize procurement.
